There is another path.

After years of living with inflammatory arthritis, changing the way I ate became the turning point in my own health. Today I help other people explore the same foundations.

What I do

My work today is one-to-one health coaching. I help people with inflammatory arthritis make steady changes to food and daily habits. In time, Fruitluck will also help people find and organise fruit-centred gatherings.

Personal health coaching

I work with people who feel frightened, stuck or unsure what to do next. We look at your food, movement, stress and routines, then work on manageable changes one at a time.

Why I coach

My approach comes from what changed my own health.

For years, pain and uncertainty controlled my life. I tried medication after medication and kept looking for another way forward. Moving towards a low-fat vegan diet, and later a raw vegan diet, changed the course of my health. That experience is the reason I coach.

Start with food

Food was the foundation of my own improvement. It is where I put most attention first.

Change things gradually

We record what is happening, improve one thing at a time and keep the habits that help.

Look beyond food

Movement, sleep, stress, routines and support matter too. They help make change sustainable.
