I will help you understand what to work on, turn it into clear actions and review what happens. The overall approach is consistent, but your plan will reflect your starting point and the challenges in your life.

You can ask questions and get support between calls rather than waiting until the next session.
We record the things that matter so you can see patterns and notice change over time.
If something is not working, we adjust it. You are not expected to follow a rigid script.
I share supporting material when it will help you understand or carry out the work.
What we work on
We work progressively towards a high-carbohydrate, low-fat, whole-food plant-based diet. Raw food is available as an optional path.
We look for ways to move more freely and rebuild confidence, mobility and strength at a sensible pace.
We work on practical habits that can help you feel calmer and improve sleep and recovery.
We make your kitchen, routines and support system work with the changes you are trying to make.
